Alex loves yoga and especially enjoys teaching because of the energy that yoga brings to peoples’ lives.
He originally trained in the energetic styles of dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga at Sampoorna school in Goa, and has since studied the more therapeutic ‘Forrest’ yoga with Jambo Dragon in London.
He also studied meditation at Tushita in the Indian Himalayas (tushita.info), and he believes that with the right mental approach to yoga, your body will flow into the postures more gracefully.
His vinyasa class will leave you with increased strength and flexibility, and a real passion for the healing power of the breath.
Alex usually teaches Dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga, he is not currently teaching online but will be back with us when the studio reopens!
