Like many of us Camille found the practice through its physicality, and it soon began to change her. The first time she stepped on a mat might have been out of boredom for a work out routine that wasn’t for her, or a tug from her subconscious telling her it was time to take care of her mental health.
Now in addition to a remedy against her anxiety Camille found a passion for being upside down and a physical and mental strength she didn't know she had. Although yoga is not magic, she sees it as a beautiful tool that helps her everyday.
Camille likes to bring yoga through the asanas (postures) and finds great joy in seeing people realise they’re stronger than they are - physically and mentally. Her classes are usually a mix of meditation, breath work, nice sequences and terrible jokes. She likes to think of herself as a chilled and inclusive teacher and your biggest cheerleader.
