Sarah is a strong believer that yoga is for everyone. Whether you can touch your toes or not, it really doesn't matter. Her classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. She encourages students to make the practice their own, by tuning into and listening to what their body needs. Sarah specialises in slow flow vinyasa yoga that links mindful movement with breath, reflecting her love for the fluidity and creativity of flowing sequences, together with precise alignment and time to feel each posture.
Sarah's classes combine breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas) and meditation or deep relaxation. Her sequences aim to build strength and stamina, while gently stretching and opening up the body, to leave you feeling stronger, energised, more flexible and relaxed.
