Since starting Yoga over 10 years ago, I’ve naturally gravitated towards a fun and playful style. I teach a creative class focused on fluid, mindful movement, that encourages students of all levels to explore their own unique range of motion. My goal is to help students develop their own physical awareness, allowing them to move freely and confidently both in their yoga practice and every day life.
By combining my interests in anatomy, breath work and Vinyasa Flow I aim to create balanced classes that incorporate the flowing elements of Vinyasa yoga with softer, more restorative poses. My goal is for students to leave with a little extra strength and space in both mind and body.
