"I started doing yoga when I was a teenager with my mum, at a time when I was experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety and came to my own practice when I was a uni in London. I found the ‘scene’ a bit overwhelming, never really feeling that I fit in to the space - I wasn’t wearing the right clothes and I couldn’t do a headstand (plus I didn’t really want to).
These early experiences of yoga, as well as my work as a Nutritionist has heavily influenced, inspired and motivated my teaching. I teach to culture a feeling of inclusion and accessibility, hold space and develop understanding to support all students."
