Jocelyn began practising yoga when she first moved to London, finding that she needed a space to gain perspective and be present. In her classes you will be given the tools needed to hone your awareness to the asana and breath through creative sequencing and breathing techniques.
Jocelyn offers modifications so that regardless of you ability you will be able to get the most from the class, whether you want to lie back on a bolster or work on strengthening your inversion practice.
Jocelyn provides assists in poses allowing her students to delve deeper into their practice. She is a fully qualified massage therapist and also trained in pregnancy yoga.
