Martha first came to the yoga practice from a physical perspective, but quickly came to the realisation it extended to benefiting her mentally. Since then she has used yoga + pranayama as a tool to keep her grounded and calm, and is passionate about sharing this practice with others. After moving to London for university and finding a strong + consistent practice, she wanted to dive deeper and in autumn 2019 trained in ashtanga vinyasa + rocket in India with The Yoga People. As a biochemistry graduate she is fascinated with practical anatomy and teaches a playful class in an easy-going way with plenty of variations to suit beginners to advanced yogis.
