"I found yoga at a time when I was struggling with anxiety and feeling disconnected from my body. Yoga showed me a new way to approach movement that helped me slowly build bodily awareness - and over time all the other good stuff like focus, clarity, calm and a sense of inward connection. My classes are fiery and challenging, but leave plenty of space for rest and relaxation. I hope to encourage introspection through my classes, and really believe that learning to live less in our heads and more in our bodies is the key "
