Sometimes the yoga finds you. That is what happened to Sacha in 2013 when she stumbled upon her first Hatha yoga class during a time of transition and stress. Six months later she had completed her 200hr YTT in Ibiza and the yoga has stayed with her ever since. Over the years that followed, Sacha’s yoga practice has become an antidote to London city-living, with a focus on anxiety relief and building a practice of strength, self-awareness, self-love and gratitude. Sacha’s style incorporates Hatha, chakra and energy balancing, and yin/yang yoga. Strong yet slow flows to build strength and heat stirred in with passive, long-hold floor poses for relaxation and release.
