Sara first dipped her toe into the yoga scene when she moved to London nine years ago. Looking for a remedy to comfort her stiff joints and aching muscles caused by long-distance running, she quickly developed a regular practice and started exploring the myriad forms of yoga available to practice in the big city. She completed her 200hr teacher training with Hot Pod Yoga and a further 50hr Advanced Assisting and Touch Methodology course with Sunday School Yoga.
Sara’s aim is to make yoga accessible for everyone - she encourages her students to move with their breath, to explore what feels good in their own body, and most importantly, to enjoy themselves. Expect a strong class with a great playlist, in a relaxed non-judgmental environment.
