Sarah's love for movement and wellness and fascination with the human body was the reason for starting her teacher training, and she finds joy in inspiring her students to find freedom in their bodies. From starting Yoga at age 18, to flirtations with various movement styles including flow, tripsicore and functional range and conditioning mobility development in which she is also trained. Sarah's teaching style is creative, playful and fluid. Her aim is this: One, to teach you to move better and embrace the sticky, challenging parts. She runs classes, yoga workshops and mobility and movement...And two, to help you find an even greater range of motion, flexibility and strength than you ever imagined you had.
