From 29th March we will be offering outdoor yoga classes in the Bar Story yard next door to Y-oga Store. The space is covered but still full of light, with plants and grass matting to make it feel like a real little yoga oasis.
Spaces will be limited to 5 people, and the classes will still be live streamed for those who can't make it in person. It will only be our morning classes available to book as outdoor/in person, evening classes will remain online only until the studio reopens in May.We ask that you do not book more than 2 classes a week as spaces are so limited. We know you are all super keen to be back in person but we ask that you are mindful to leave space for other members to book in too.
We will only be offering "Single class drop in" passes available for booking on these classes - priced at £11
Booking for classes will be available a week ahead, going live for the following week every Monday at midday. To see the schedule and book classes head to our booking page here.
We are so excited to have added Retreats to our yoga offering.
We will be running a number of retreats throughout the year, both in the UK and abroad, and aim to offer something for everyone. We know that retreats can often come with a serious price tag so have strived to create luxury experiences at a reasonable price.
Our studio head Jeni is passionate about retreats, and has put together a program of styles and locations we think you'll really love. Head to our Retreats page for more info on upcoming trips and how to book.
Half Day Retreat - £35
22nd May 2021 - with Camille & Mike
Join us for an afternoon of yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy & discussion.
The afternoon will begin with a class lead by Camille, which will be Vinyasa style and open to all levels with the opportunity to make it playful and fiery.
There will then be a philosophy talk where you can learn, discuss and exchange concepts and ideas. This will be themed around 'freedom' as it relates to ancient wisdom and modern day living.
The afternoon will close with a Yin class and meditation lead by Mike.
There will also be the opportunity to hang around to socialise and get a drink and pizza in the garden area afterwards.
